We work hard at being a family that cares for each other. If you are interested in making application for missionary service with Baptist Missions to Forgotten Peoples, please follow these guidelines (all forms may be submitted electronically to cmason@bmfp.org or hardcopy to PO box 219 Kernersville, NC 27285):
- Download, fill out and return the Preliminary Questionnaire. Our administrative team will review your information and contact you to invite you to proceed with the formal application (items 2 through 6).
- Download, fill out and return the Formal Application.
- Download the Pastor’s Evaluation, have your sending pastor complete the form and forward directly to BMFP (email or hardcopy).
- Download the College Transcript Request form and send to the college(s) you have attended.
- Download three Personal Reference forms, give these to three friends or relatives, have them fill these out and forward directly to BMFP (email or hardcopy).
- Download the Business Reference form, give these to your current employer, have them fill these out and forward directly to BMFP (email or hardcopy).
Please follow-up to ensure all materials are filled out and returned to BMFP in a timely manner as we cannot process your application until all documents are in hand. If have questions or need assistance, please call or email our office.
