This annual meeting consists of 3 parts:

• BMFP administrators set aside one or 2 days to discuss how we can better support our missionaries and local pastors
• Our leadership team also takes a day for a local activity for fellowship and relationship building
• Each evening holds a time of preaching on a relevant theme to encourage local pastors and church member (When this meeting is held in a local church, our administrators do the preaching. When it is held at the BMFP Home Office, we invite local preachers to share their heart.)

Pastors are church leaders are welcome to attend evening sessions at 7PM EST.

Churches that would like to discuss hosting a meeting, 8 encouraging missions messages from Sunday to Wednesday, and fellowship with experienced missionaries should contact Bro. Lyons.
